I am a licensed cosmetologist servicing Pensacola & surrounding areas for over the last 10+ years. This isn’t a business but a ministry . My duty is to provide a professional , respectful ,& safe space so you will leave feeling both beautiful inside & out. I don’t mind talking , shedding tears ,& sharing love but please be respectful of others outside of our private space while being serviced. We don’t discuss : politics ,horoscopes, gossip,nor religion . No cursing, nor foul /vulgar language . Please watch the volume. Due to limited space please no extra guests . Parents /guardians of children receiving “kid services “ : Children services are for kids 4-10years of age. Please try to book an early appointment, make sure your child is fed , hydrated, clean, HEALTHY ,& rested . Electronics w/headsets & snacks are welcomed . Please provide chargers due to limited space . SEALED cups are welcomed . No open cups or messy /sticky snacks . Please limit sugary snacks/juice . Also parents please sit out in the waiting area in order to keep distractions to a minimum. To ensure you are safe my door can be left open 🩷. You also are welcomed to run errands /drop off . Shampoo is included with ALL services . Braiding hair is provided for ALL braiding/twists services. Text 850.485.1922 with hair color preference . Please allow 48 business hours for a response. Boho nor crochet hair are currently provided. Please take all loud conversations/noises in the waiting area/outside or to your vehicle. There’s a 15 minute grace period , after 30 minutes you’ll have to reschedule with a new deposit plus a cancellation fee of $30 totaling $65 . No call , no show = no appointment again. Touch up : No questions asked I can fix/ touch up a style within the first 48 hours of a service . Afterwards I am not liable to fix anything due to natural wear & tear . After the 1st warning an up front full payment will have to be paid within 48hours of booking for 6 months. If there’s another issue you will be terminated from booking. Please plan your day accordingly around your appointment . Times can vary & I will not rush unless it is an emergency I will do what I can . I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ALL SERVICES .

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 100%cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within less than 48 hours. 30 minutes late will result in cancellation .
